Following is email sent to USPS Inspector Soos on 03-13-09
At 10:30 am, almost a month later as of 04/09/09 and not even an acknowledgement. I've been through this pass the buck routine a few times with the post office. Discovering months later that no action was taken because they "thought it was fixed" or "that person is no longer with us".
